The following sports require a Concussion Baseline Test to be taken: Football, Volleyball, Cheer, Basketball, Wrestling, Baseball, Lacrosse, Soccer, and Softball. We will communicate dates of when concussion baseline test will be given. You can also contact Heather to schedule this or get information on upcoming dates.

7th and 8th graders playing a JV or Varsity Sport need to send in their most recent SEMESTER grades. If playing a 1st semester sport, we will need the 2nd semester/final year grades from the previous school year. If playing a 2nd semester sport, we will need the 1st semester grades of the current school year. Please email them to Bill Warren ([email protected]).
