After starting the week by beating the number one ranked team in the SC 3A Coaches Poll, the Waccamaw Warriors could not complete the season sweep of Bishop England, falling 6-2 to the defending 3A state champions March 29.
The loss drops the Warriors to 2-4 in region play and 8-6 overall while the Battling Bishops improved to 4-2 in region and 8-5 overall.
