Bishop England’s offense fell flat in the second half of a 42-30 loss to Keenan Thursday on Daniel Island.

The Bishops will play for seventh place in the Palmetto Division on Friday.

Bishop England held an 18-16 lead at halftime but managed just two field goals in the third quarter as Keenan pulled ahead 27-24 headed into the fourth. Keenan again allowed the Bishops two field goals in the fourth quarter as it pulled away.

Katie Cullum led Bishop England with 13 points. Josie Dennis added four points as the only other Bishop with more than one made field goal. Emma Albano scored five points.

Jadiamond Hickman scored a game-high 18 points for Keenan. Logan McDaniel added 15, 10 coming in the second half. Courtney Jones scored all seven of her points in the second half.

Keenan defeated Bishop England on the second day of Carolina Invitational last year as well.
